We’re so pleased to be nominated for the Partnership Initiative of the Year in the British Construction Industry Awards this year. Our Inclusive Recruitment Model is not new, but our ROTL initiative which forms part of the model is an innovative scheme to boost the numbers of entrants into the industry whilst reducing reoffending rates.
We’ve been working on this initiative, along with our partners, for nearly a year and so we’re aware of just how much work goes into the activities that all of the nominees have been involved in. The list of entrants in the Partnership Initiative of the Year category are shown below and we wish everybody the very best of luck.
Each nomination showcases the fantastic work that goes on day to day which is what makes this an exceptional industry to work in. Construction usually has a tough get it done kind of image, but all the nominations help to demonstrate the actual qualities that are vital to navigate the complexities of a construction project.
We’re looking forward to an evening that showcases all the outstanding things about working in this industry: progression, collaboration, inclusion, positivity, relationship-building, ethical integrity, persistence, patience, adaptability, empathy, trust, respect and inspiration.
Regardless of who picks up the trophy on the night – we are all winners !!
