Monthly Engagement Programmes
Our detailed data analysis of the local demographic shows us where to focus our efforts and we then engage with those specific demographics prior to the commencement of the project. We work collaboratively with under-represented groups in society to explain about the project and encourage them to become part of it. By engaging collaboratively with all people we build trust, earn respect, increase understanding, and remove barriers to entry.
Increasing Entrants into the Construction Industry
21% of our workforce have been recruited specifically through our Celebrate programme. Our Celebrate programme specifically focuses on the inclusion of ethnic minorities, women, apprentices, ex-offenders, ex-military, and disabled participants in the local area. By reaching out, encouraging and supporting local people we can help them to enter the industry and to develop a rewarding career within it.
