We are a finalist in the Partnership Initiative of the Year category for our Inclusive Recruitment Model on HS2, which has been pioneering in creating and maintaining strong partnerships with multiple organisations simultaneously to address a wide range of categories under the Inclusive Recruitment umbrella.
Underrepresented Groups – working closely with local faith groups, genders, and ethnicities to remove biases and showcase career opportunities.
Apprenticeships – a focus on training and developing the next generation of talent.
Ex-offenders – working in collaboration with HM Prison & Probation Service to support ex-offenders into meaningful work and breaking the reoffender cycle.
Ex-military – supporting military and defence personnel with their reintroduction into civilian life.
Jobless start – working with the Department of Work & Pensions to support unemployed people into long term job opportunities.
Our strategic partnerships with these organisations has led to increased opportunities, successes, and exemplary retention levels. And most importantly, we have made a meaningful impact to these groups providing construction careers and not just a job.
