By working closely with HM Prison & Probation Services, we identify suitable candidates and provide them with the necessary training and support to transition smoothly into employment within the construction industry.
Placing ROTL Prisoners into Meaningful Work
The process of placing ROTL prisoners into meaningful work involves several critical steps. First, we conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's skills, interests, and needs.
