With immediate effect, Rod Carmichael will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer. As co-founder, Rod’s proven leadership and wealth of experience will guide our long-term strategic plan ensuring the company’s values and behaviours deliver best in class service across our labour supply and professional recruitment divisions. Rod will continue his role as Key Client Executive ensuring that our collaborative partnerships continue to be developed with our chosen clients.
Mark Blakey has been promoted to Managing Director, responsible for delivering the board’s strategic plan and ensuring we continue to
grow our labour supply business through the highest levels of technology and transparency whilst continuing to deliver our market-leading white-collar solution. Mark has demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational expertise and dedication to our company’s growth and success, and we congratulate him on this promotion.
These changes combined with our award-winning Inclusive Recruitment Model position CarmichaelUK as the leading supplier of labour and professionals to the civil engineering sector.
