Ensuring compliance with the new EU-wide General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) legislation

As a recruitment company, we process large quantities of data and we’re committed to ensuring compliance for our candidates and clients regarding the new GDPR legislation.

The aim of the GDPR is to ensure security and confidentiality of personal data and gives individuals more rights over their data, including the right to have their personal data removed or rectified. We have reviewed our processes and policies to ensure we maintain compliance with the new legislation prior to the May 2018 deadline.

What does this mean for you?

Contacts in our Database: If you're in our database you'll be receiving an email that allows you to read our updated Privacy Policy and update your marketing preferences. You can also update them yourself by signing in here.

If you want to keep on receiving industry news, job alerts, timesheets & vacancy information, company news, competitions and events, you’ll have to make sure you’ve given us the green light by ensuring you action the above.

If you sign up to receiving marketing communications from us we will ensure that they are relevant to you and the industry you work in.  We’ll make sure that we contact you often enough to keep you informed and up to date but not too frequently that you become bored with our communications.

Contacts not in our database: If you receive our newsletter but do not have an account with us, we won't be able to continue to communicate with you unless you register here. On registration, you'll be asked to choose your marketing preferences and read our privacy policy.

Opting in for marketing will mean you'll receive important information from us such as; timesheets information, breaking company and industry news, invitations to our events and job, project and vacancy information.
