We are recruiting for a well-established geophysical company, who work on some high profile utility projects and are continuing to rapidly expand their business.
They are looking for a Survey Manager who will manage multiple surveying teams on utility projects. You will be based in Oxfordshire but sites will be across the country and you will liaise with both internal staff and clients to continue the excellent reputation this company has established for its surveying expertise.
As Survey Manager you will report to the Project Manager, and your key responsibilities and duties will include:
*Management of multiple teams as well as negotiating with clients
*Producing quotations in line with client expectations / project requirements and managing quality control/ H&S
*Creating and working to budgets and targets
*Liaison with all clients
*Attend site meetings when required
*Allocate Projects to Staff with a full project brief, deadline & budget and manage resources to suit *Maintain & keep up to date the quote, project & resource tracking databases
*Be committed to the success of the Division
*Assume final QA for projects assigned to you
*Oversee site & CAD work

*Be experienced in Ground Penetrating Radar Techniques, Radio Detection and Utility Mapping
*Have good 2D & 3D CAD ability
