Do you have prior experience of working on a large commercial build and are looking for your next freelance contract? If you are a capable and reliable Site Engineer, we would love to hear from you.
For this particular contract, you will be overseeing the construction of a large logistics warehouse. The project will involve all aspects of the build from piling through to the construction of the warehouse, finishing off the access roads and constructing the parking facilities. Your previous experience with any of these elements will be highly advantageous to the project team so we would be delighted to hear from you if you possess this knowledge and experience.
For this contract, your key duties and responsibilities will include: *Interpretation of the drawings *Setting out of the works *Tasking the operatives in conjunction with the General Foreman *Implementing quality control *Ensuring Health and Safety compliance *Recording of daily activities *As built drawings
You will be confident in delivering this commercial build from the initial construction phase through to the finishing aspects and be confident in your abilities and skills. This is an ideal position for you to showcase your eye for detail and ability to work with and manage a site team.
