This is an ideal freelance contract for a Setting Out Engineer with prior groundwork's experience to work for the piling subcontractor on a prestigious new football stadium.
As a 10 week contract, this section of works will see you setting out for piles and guide walls on the build of this new premiership stadium. You will have had previous experience of working and setting out for groundwork's and will be looking for a high profile project to add to your growing portfolio of work on your CV.
For this 10 week contract, your key responsibilities and duties will include:
*Setting out for piles and guide walls *Checking pile reinforcement cages *Recording QA data for piles *Recording as-builts and inputting onto record spreadsheet *Supervision of piling works on site
The successful candidate will gain valuable skills and experience working for a leading UK contractor on a large infrastructure project.
As the Site Engineer, the successful candidate will need to have the following requirements:
*Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND in Civil Engineering *Previously worked as a Surveyor, Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer *Competent in the use of Leica TS series Total Station *Hold a valid CSCS Card
