We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the UK's most prestigious highways project which will see the next stage of the project commence this spring. We are keen to hear from you if you are a committed and dedicated Senior Section Engineer with previous highways experience and are looking to take on a role which will enhance your skills and career portfolio.
This position is to oversee and manage the night operations for this stage of works and as the Section Engineer on this particular section of works, you will be involved in the planning and coordination of works including drainage, earthworks, pavements, surfacing and concrete slip forming. This particular role will require night and weekend night work so ideal if you are looking for a position to demonstrate your technical and management skills but also if you want to balance work and family commitments whilst maintaining your career. The remuneration on offer makes this a prime opportunity to work on a high profile project whilst providing a worthwhile reward for your dedication and experience.
As Senior Section Engineer on this section of works, your duties will include: *The planning and coordination of the works and management of the specific disciplines *Tasking and management of Site Engineers and reporting to the projects Agent *Ensuring all setting-out and asbuilts are correct and up to date *Compiling method statements and risk analyses *Ensuring the design and specification are adhered to safely and to a high standard *QA and HSE
This is an ideal opportunity for a Section Engineer with previous highways experience looking for their next position commencing this spring.
