I am currently looking for a Section Engineer to work on a large project. Experience in new build rail is preferred as the project will involve track installation, overhead line installation and signalling installation. Ideally you will have done these works in a tunnel environment however, this is not essential.
In this role you will be responsible for:
-Assist the Sub Agent with all aspects of works and leading team of Site Engineers -Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments -Help managing sub contractors -Carrying out quality inspections -Produce ITPs and as builts -Planning weekly and monthly programmes
-Completed construction related Degree, HNC or similar -Valid CSCS card -Previously worked as a Section Engineer -Civil, structural, rail or infrastructure experience -To have a sound knowledge of quality assurance and writing method statements and risk assessments
