An exciting opportunity to join a major civil engineering and construction Group on one of Europe's most ambitious projects, the Thames Tideway Tunnel, as construction gets underway. Role Overview: Overall responsibility for managing and delivering internal and external communications on the Tideway Central Project Develop and manage relevant channels for communications Ensure brand guidelines are being met, including working with the site teams to create the hoarding to correct specification
Liaising with Corporate Communications Teams for the JV and the client to identify PR opportunities/milestones, manage media enquiries and request.

Responsibilities: Develop work site communications plan to maximise positive communications opportunities. Liaise with parent company communications teams and client communications team who will govern and advise on branding and oversee any external communications needs. Manage the production of high quality communications materials including the preparation and issue of project newsletters, team briefings, presentations, award submissions and project information sheets with support of apprentices Work with the project and client team to ensure hoarding and signage meet brand requirements Liaise with the Tideway communications team to provide updates for the Tideway website, case studies, notify them of potential PR opportunities etc Contribute to the Tideway media activity planner. Manage all work site and employee engagement/team building events Manage all project wide photography and video requirements. Support the delivery of the Legacy and community investment programmes with any communications needs including collating case studies and success stories. Support volunteering, school engagement, and STEM activities with any communications needs including collating case studies and success stories.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in working in communications role or having studied communications related subject essential, advance if worked in construction environment. Natural ability to communicate and maintain good working relationships. Good verbal, written and presentation skills. Good time management and self-motivation skills.
