A Project Manager is required for a main contractor on a major Airport project in Essex. You will work in conjunction with the other management staff and liaise with them to make sure the project is carried out in a highly detailed manner to schedule deliverable's and accurately estimate costs.
The ability to manage teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
Report to Management on the progress and performance of the project.
Prepare and negotiate the term of all project agreements and ensure all parties understand the scope and limitations of the contract.
Completed construction related Degree or HNC.
Valid CSCS card.
Proven track record of successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
Previous Commercial Build/Fit out experience required.
