A Project Director is required for a tier one principal civil engineering contractor based in London.
This is a Senior position for a recently awarded London Rail Framework.
Ideal candidate will have delivered into Network Rail, Crossrail or LU projects previously Project Director to support an upcoming London Rail framework. You will have LU/NWR Station construction experience, and have worked at PD, SPM, Framework or Contracts Manager level for a first Tier Contractor. Ideally if you have tunnelling experience this will be a bonus. The position will be based on site in London (location to be confirmed) so must be happy to work full time in London.
Key Responsibilities: -
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the contract. Overall responsibility for delivery of the works on behalf of the supplier consortium. Overall responsibility for safety in respect of all supplier consortium activities. Overall responsibility for client interface and external stakeholder management. Responsible for coordinating the consortium parties into a program delivery team. Ensuring all aspects of the integrated system delivery and coordination. Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the overall integrated system
Ideally you will be a chartered Engineer and have Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
