We have a prime opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a freelance basis on a station upgrade as part of a major civils infrastructure programme. The contract is a major station expansion to improve facilities and increase capacity and is part of the larger Crossrail infrastructure project.
The sections of works for this particular 4-6 month contract will involve fit-out works during night time hours meaning that you will have to be an organised and prepared member of the team.
This is a key member of the management team to ensure that the works are completed on time as part of the programme schedule so you will need to be able to motivate and organise the project team.

For a Sub Agent with previous rail or fit-out experience working for a major contractor, this is an ideal opportunity and whilst experience of working on previous rail station facilities would be of a huge benefit, it is not essential.
