Preparation is underway for one of the largest Rail infrastructure projects ever delivered in the UK and I am looking to give someone the opportunity to join a leading contractor on one of the enabling works packages in North London.
This package of works will be focused on a major terminal / station and involves the demolition of existing structures, service relocation and the construction of a new substation. I am looking for an Engineer to be involved with the initial planning of the works and to help produce the RAMS and WPPs before moving into the delivery team.
For this role, the key responsibilities and duties would include:
*Co-ordination of installation of M&E works including mechanical components such as HVAC, LVAC, fire suppression systems etc. *Ensuring that the team have clear definition of their responsibilities. *Producing reports for the project manager *Maintaining staff morale *Lead pro-active planning of the installation works *Working in accordance with procedures and processes *Ensure works carried out in accordance with RAMS *Ensure implementation of systems for quality control for all sections of work *Submittal and management of testing and commissioning reports

*Degree qualified in relevant field (or Equivalent) *Previous experience working in a M&E role *Hold valid CSCS
