If you are you a Site Engineer with rail, civils or structural experience, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to work on one of the largest rail infrastructure projects in Europe, Crossrail.

We are looking to hear from you if you are looking for your next freelance contract and would excel at working on this prestigious project. This contract will be for working day shifts, but there may be the occasional weekend shift, dependant on deadlines.

Leading the project is two large international organisations and the section of work is the station upgrade in central London. Working as part of the project delivery team, the client is looking for key individuals to ensure that the project is delivered on time, safely and to a high standard. As two of the largest infrastructure companies in the UK with a global reach, they are involved in a number of projects across many sectors including rail, power, water, building and natural resources so there are opportunities to continue work for them once the contract is finished if desired.

As the Site Engineer for this section of works, your key responsibilities and duties will include:

*Assist the Section Engineer on the civil and structural works
*Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments
*Help managing the fit out sub-contractors
*Carrying out quality inspections
*Produce ITPs and as builds
*Planning weekly and monthly programmes

This is an ideal position in which you can expand your freelance portfolio of work on a prestigious civils projects and reinforce your career potential. Ideally, you will have previous experience with station upgrades and will benefit from working for two large international organisations.

*Completed construction related Degree or HNC
*Valid CSCS card
*Previously worked as a Site, Section or Senior Site Engineer
*Possess station upgrade, civil, rail and or structural project experience
*To have a sound knowledge of quality assurance and writing method statements and risk assessments
