A Site Engineer Is required on a freelance basis to work for a Joint Venture between 2 top tier contractors on a vital Crossrail station upgrade. The project involves the Fit-Out of a New Build section of station and upgrades to the existing station.
This is a great opportunity to work for two international companies who are involved in a number of sectors such as rail, power, water, building and natural resources. These companies have a number of live projects within the UK and many more in the pipeline.
In this role you will be responsible for:
-Assist the Section Engineer on civil and structural section of works -Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments -Help managing the fit out sub contractors -Carrying out quality inspections -Produce ITPs and as builts -Planning weekly and monthly programmes
-Completed construction related Degree, HNC or similar -Valid CSCS card -Previously worked as a Site, Section or Senior Site Engineer -Civil, structural, build or infrastructure experience -To have a sound knowledge of quality assurance and writing method statements and risk assessments
