We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator on a freelance basis for one of the most high profile infrastructure projects currently in the South West. This contract has a number of works but the Facilities Coordinator will be working closely with the Facilities Manager over a number of different sections of a new nuclear energy build including earthworks, heavy civil & structural engineering works and new road construction. This is an ideal opportunity for an administrator looking to move into a Facility Management career or a Facilities Coordinator to work on one of the most high profile projects in the UK. The project is being managed by two top tier contractors who are working in partnership so this is a prime opportunity for you to work with two established international companies who span multiple sectors including rail, power, water, building and natural resources. Not only are they working on this prestigious project but also have a number of projects throughout the UK which will also give.
*Assist the Facilities Manager to ensure that all business and service level requirements are achieved for the designated business unit. *Assist with all planned and preventative maintenance programmes are completed to time and budget *Manage the laundry service and provision of locker within the site buildings *Assist the Facilities Manager with organisation of office equipment an general organisation of the buildings
*Construction or FM related degree or HNC is desired but not essential *Strong administration and organisation skills *Previously worked as an Administrator, Facilities Coordinator, FM Administrator *Have an understanding of IT systems, word and excel
