Our client requires a Design Coordinator for a large new built station which will involve Civils, Rail and Station. The project will be conducted by a Top Tier client, which you will be working with.
Duties will include -
Liaison with internal and external design subcontractors to manage the flow of information
Set and chair design meetings
Manage the link between client representatives and specialist design subcontractors
Fulfil AutoCAD functions
Managed the scope, budget and relevant contract documentation
Degree or HNC or trade equivalent in building construction
Previous hands on construction experience and the ability to interpret designs and specifications
Effective planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines
Have a UK drivers licence and the right to work in the UK
