A Commercial Manager is required to join a progressive civil engineering contractor that has recently been awarded with a £20m Design & Build scheme for Network Rail.
They require a Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The works include platform modifications, lifts, demolition, new footbridges etc all within a station and an "overhead electrified" rail infrastructure environment.
The project team will be based in the Stratford/Ilford area of London and will cover three stand-alone station packages on the main Liverpool St - East Anglia Main Line
This will be the Project Commercial Manager for our LOCROS project based on site. To begin with the role is likely to be based at King William Street (near Bank station) They need someone with a min 10 years relevant experience on Network Rail and/or LU projects. They will be responsible for managing a small team on all Commercial aspects of the project including CVRs, forecasting, procurement, managing of the supply chain, maximising cash flow and client liaison. They will report into the Commercial Lead and Project Director.
