I'm recruiting for a Training and Development Co-ordinator to join the A14. This is a junior role and training will be provided for the right candidate. To suit this role, you will have a can do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic and outgoing.
Build close relationships with the P&C-T&D (People & Collaboration) team to ensure a joined up approach at all times. Primarily assisting the T&D Advisor with operational, HS&E training activities.
Co-ordinate training events, book venues, log course bookings, send out invites to delegates and update the Mosaic, ensuring smooth transactional activities.
Assist with room set-up for onsite and preparation of creating training packs and hand outs for each event.
With support from the T&D Advisor, liaise with venue contacts, trainers/ presenters and participants.
Complete the training administration process by logging participant attendance and course evaluation.
Collate course event feedback and record results for continual improvement
Build a basic understanding of key training courses and training co-ordination required, by working closely with T&D Advisor.
Process T&D event invoices and raise purchase orders for training providers external and venues.
Assist in any ad hoc projects that result in continuous improvements to the team and the wider disciplines and processes.
Be a pro-active and helpful team member of the P&C-T&D team.
Qualifications and Experience Required
GCSE's maths and English (C) or equivalent.
Competent in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive and Flexible attitude.
