Ensuring compliance with the new EU-wide General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) legislation

As a recruitment company, we process large quantities of data and we’re committed to ensuring compliance for our candidates and clients regarding the new GDPR legislation.

GDPR is a new EU-wide legislation which replaces the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) and will reform laws around the handling of personal data. It impacts on all organisations across all industry sectors.

The aim of the GDPR is to ensure security and confidentiality of personal data and gives individuals more rights over their data, including the right to have their personal data removed or rectified. We are currently reviewing our processes and policies to ensure we maintain compliance with the new legislation prior to the May 2018 deadline.
