This vital support role will require you to work closely with our teams, ensuring the company remains compliant with legislative, regulatory and business process requirements.
The difference? You will be the office “go to” person for IT. A first point of contact to liaise with our outsourced IT and telephony partners.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Liaise with candidates, clients and colleagues to gather all necessary information to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and business process requirements.
Update and maintain databases
Work closely with our teams across the business to ensure candidates are paid accurately and on time.
Providing first line IT support to the wider team and liaising with our IT/telephony partners
Skills, qualifications and experience required:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight timescales.
Well organised and accurate with a keen eye for detail
The ability to remain calm whilst working in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to build strong credible relationships with clients, candidates, suppliers and colleagues.
An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
A good “hands-on” level of understanding of IT/telephony in a medium-sized company
Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn.
An NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent would be desirable
